1. About these Website Terms

These terms govern use of the public website at www.beeliked.com and its public content (the Website). The Website is operated by BeeLiked Media Ltd, company number 06795071, whose registered office is at Unit 6 Third Avenue, Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, NE11 0BU, United Kingdom (BeeLiked, we, us or our).

By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

2. What these terms do not govern

These terms do not govern:

• the BeeLiked subscription platform or services, which are governed by the applicable Customer Terms of Service or a separately signed customer agreement;
• processing of customer-controlled Promotion data, which is governed by the applicable agreement and Data Processing Addendum;
• entry into a Promotion, which is governed by that Promotion's official rules and privacy notice; or
• use of RunnyHoney as a participant or account holder, where separate RunnyHoney terms or Promotion rules are presented.

If there is a conflict, the document governing the relevant service, Promotion or processing activity prevails for that subject matter.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Website for lawful information and business-enquiry purposes. You must not:

• use it unlawfully, fraudulently or to harm another person;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its hosting, code, accounts or connected systems;
• introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service activity, scrape the Website at a volume that materially impairs it, or bypass technical controls;
• misrepresent your identity or authority, or submit information you have no right to provide;
• copy, republish or commercially exploit Website content except as permitted by law or with our written permission; or
• use BeeLiked names, brands or materials in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission.

We may restrict or block access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, our systems, users or legal rights.

4. Intellectual property

BeeLiked and its licensors own the intellectual-property rights in the Website and its content. You may view pages and download or print reasonable extracts for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation, provided you do not alter them or remove ownership notices. No other licence is granted.

Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Information and availability

Website content is general information, not legal, financial or professional advice and not a binding offer. Product descriptions, examples, pricing indications and roadmap information may change and do not create a contractual commitment unless included in an applicable agreement or Order Form.

We aim to keep the Website useful and available but do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or current. We may change, suspend or withdraw Website content without notice.

6. Third-party sites and materials

Links and embedded third-party materials are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

7. Information you submit

If you submit an enquiry, feedback or other material, you confirm that you are entitled to provide it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not send confidential information unless we have agreed an appropriate confidential channel.

Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies and similar technologies in our Cookie Policy.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

If you use the Website in the course of business, then, to the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeLiked excludes implied warranties and is not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, data, opportunity or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Website. Subject to the first sentence of this clause, BeeLiked's total liability arising from the Website to a business user is limited to £100.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for business losses. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on the Website applies from its stated effective date. Changes do not retrospectively alter a separate contract already formed with a customer.

10. General

If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. No person other than you and BeeLiked may enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a business, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights to bring proceedings in another part of the United Kingdom or in your country of residence.
