The British Heart Foundation wanted to survey their donors to find out if they would be interested in playing a digital scratch card game with an option to donate and if so, how often and how much they might be prepared to give.
Using BeeLiked’s Digital Scratch Card, the British Heart Foundation decided to send a typeform survey to their most loyal donors and then forward them to an incentive with a digital scratch card where they could win Amazon vouchers worth £20.
The second test was to a wider audience and this time instead of creating a separate survey, they chose to create the questions within the entry form for the digital scratch card thereby creating a far more seamless experience.
The campaign has been a huge success with donors responding overwhelmingly that they would like to play a regular digital scratch card game with the option to donate.
