From one promotion to fully integrated programmes.

BeeLiked Studio designs, builds and configures one live branded promotion using an approved Studio format. It includes up to two agreed rounds of revisions, launch support, ongoing account support, standard reporting and storage for up to 100,000 entry records at one time. Formats and requirements outside the standard Studio model are scoped through Tailored or an agency arrangement.

BeeLiked Studio is a managed design and build service for one branded promotion using proven functionality and a straightforward participant flow at US$950 per month. Tailored covers Slot Machine, Grabber, Shoot Hoops, Advent Calendar, Kick N Score and Score a Goal, as well as bespoke design, integrations, authenticated journeys, multiple accounts, greater capacity or another delivery and support model. A normally eligible Studio format can also move into Tailored when its requirements go beyond the standard model. Tailored scope and pricing are agreed before work begins.

BeeLiked Studio costs US$950 per month, per live promotion. VAT is additional where applicable.

The US$950 Studio price covers one live promotion. If you need several promotions live at the same time, BeeLiked will confirm whether separate Studio arrangements or a Tailored programme is the better fit based on the shared design, account, capacity and reporting requirements.

Studio is available for Digital Spin Wheel, Digital Scratch Cards, Mystery Envelope, Mystery Box, Click to Reveal, Pop the Balloon, Unwrap the Gift, Scratch and Match, Peel2Reveal and Roll the Dice when delivered within the standard Studio model. Slot Machine, Grabber, Shoot Hoops, Advent Calendar, Kick N Score and Score a Goal are scoped through Tailored or an agency arrangement.

We need your objective, audience, brand assets, reward details, preferred launch date and one nominated approver. BeeLiked can provide boilerplate promotion terms as a starting point, but your team must review and explicitly approve the final version before we upload it.

A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback against the agreed design or build. A new concept, game mechanic or participant journey is a change of scope and may require Tailored delivery or an additional quote.

Reward sourcing and fulfilment outside the BeeLiked experience are not included. Additional revision rounds, expedited delivery and requirements outside the agreed template and participant journey are scoped before work begins. Bespoke development, integrations, higher simultaneous storage or different retention and reporting requirements are handled through Tailored.

The first month is paid by credit or debit card before the Studio build begins. Card billing then renews monthly throughout the build, approval and live periods, with no annual commitment. Postponing the launch does not pause billing. If a project is cancelled and restarted later, it is subject to current Studio availability and may need to be rescoped.

There is no notice period or annual commitment. Cancel before the end of the current monthly billing cycle and you will not be billed again. The promotion is taken offline when the paid period ends.

There is no standard starting price. We agree the commercial structure after understanding the design, technology, capacity, delivery and support required. A Tailored engagement can be a fixed-term project or an ongoing programme.

Tailored engagements can be invoiced. Payment stages and terms are agreed alongside the scope before work begins.

BeeLiked normally works alongside rather than replaces your CRM, loyalty platform, ecommerce system or reward provider. It can connect to more than 2,000 systems through Zapier. Tailored delivery can also include direct APIs, purchase verification and other scoped integrations.

Yes. BeeLiked’s Experience Plugin can bring the interactive experience into an authenticated app, portal or member environment. Your organisation controls identity, login and account structures, while BeeLiked connects the experience through a Tailored technical integration.

Studio includes email and in-app chat support during standard UK business hours. Tailored includes the same support as a minimum and can be scoped to include shared channels, video calls, phone support, custom service levels and global 24/7 coverage. Any enhanced support package, response commitments and pricing are agreed before work begins.

Custom-domain delivery is available through Tailored and scoped before launch. Studio promotions use a standard BeeLiked-hosted campaign URL.

Agency arrangements reflect the number of active client accounts and the support required. Each client can have an isolated workspace, while approved agency users retain central access and reusable delivery processes.

Timing depends on current Studio availability, the agreed template, feedback and approvals. Tell us your target launch date and we’ll confirm the next available build slot before work begins.

Participants can access a promotion through an open link, QR code, website link or embed, or a controlled invitation such as a unique BeeLiked InviteLink. Authenticated delivery inside an app, portal or member area is available through Tailored.

Studio includes access to standard campaign activity and entry records, together with promotion-data export. Configured KPIs, bespoke reporting, combined account views or additional export requirements are scoped through Tailored.

Reward configuration within the agreed Studio journey is included. Where the client supplies a collection of unique reward codes, BeeLiked can use its standard Coupon Collection functionality to display the next available code dynamically to a winner. The client remains responsible for sourcing the rewards or codes and for any fulfilment required outside the BeeLiked experience, unless separately agreed.

Yes. BeeLiked can send transactional emails to participants after entry using your organisation’s own Mandrill account, Mailchimp’s transactional email service. You add your Mandrill API key to BeeLiked and remain responsible for setting up and maintaining the Mandrill account, including its sender, domain and deliverability configuration. BeeLiked is responsible for configuring and testing the BeeLiked email journey so that it works correctly with the connected account.

The promotion and its branded RunnyHoney channel remain live while monthly Studio billing is active. When billing ends, they are taken offline. Export and retention periods are agreed during scoping, and content and data are deleted after that agreed window.

Studio can hold up to 100,000 entry records in BeeLiked at one time. We’ll agree the expected volume and data-retention approach before launch. If you need a larger history retained within BeeLiked for ongoing reporting or programme use, we’ll scope the appropriate capacity through Tailored.

BeeLiked can provide boilerplate promotion terms as a starting point. For client-operated promotions, the client remains the legal promoter and is responsible for reviewing and approving the final terms and ensuring the promotion meets its legal and regulatory obligations. BeeLiked will only upload the final version explicitly approved by the client.

For a client-operated Studio or Tailored promotion, the client owns the campaign-level data, opt-ins and permissions captured. BeeLiked processes that data to provide the service. Standard data export is included with Studio; any additional reporting or export requirements are agreed within the Tailored scope.

BeeLiked is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 compliant, and the platform runs on AWS infrastructure. We support customers with GDPR and CCPA requirements, with security and procurement documentation available during scoping.
