Engage every guest, not just the lead booker.

A reservation may contain several guests, but the hotel relationship often belongs to one name and one email address.

BeeLiked helps you create interactive experiences that invite more guests to participate on their own devices, before, during and after the stay.

Use games, rewards and the chance to win to encourage valuable actions, increase guest spending, collect permissioned information and create reasons to return.

Hotel guests joining an interactive BeeLiked campaign by a resort pool

One booking can represent several potential guest relationships

The person who books may not be the only person choosing the restaurant, ordering drinks, using the spa or deciding where the group stays next time.

Yet most hotel communications reach only the lead booker.

A well-placed interactive experience gives every guest a reason to identify themselves and participate on their own device.

With your own BeeLiked account and an appropriate consent journey, you can collect permitted contact details, marketing opt-ins and useful preference data from the individuals who choose to take part.

The game creates the interaction. The prize, offer or chance to win provides the incentive. The commercial value comes from the actions and relationships the experience helps create.

Use interactive experiences throughout the hotel guest journey

Before arrival

Turn a pre-arrival email or CRM-triggered invitation into something guests want to open.

Use the experience to highlight upgrades, dining reservations, airport transfers, spa appointments, hotel facilities and local partner experiences.

At arrival

Create a branded welcome moment that helps guests discover what is available during their stay.

An invitation can be shared through a supported app or guest portal, a public QR code or a controlled one-time invitation.

During the stay

Use interactive promotions to draw attention to restaurants, bars, room service, the minibar, spa services, hotel retail and nearby attractions.

The experience could reveal an offer, give the guest a chance to win or reward a qualifying action that can be confirmed through an agreed route.

At checkout

Invite guests to share private feedback, preferences and permission to remain connected.

A public QR code can allow several guests from the same room or party to participate separately. Where controlled access is needed, staff can generate a unique invitation for each guest through a supported Display to Play journey.

After the stay

Thank the guest, reveal a future-stay reward, promote another property or package and create a timely reason to book again.

The experience can be sent through your CRM and email workflows or surfaced through an agreed website, app, guest portal or RunnyHoney channel implementation.

Turn post-stay feedback into an experience guests want to complete

A conventional feedback form can feel like work. An interactive experience gives guests a more enjoyable reason to share what they thought.

For example:

  • Complete a short private feedback journey for entry into a free-stay prize draw.
  • Reveal a future booking offer after submitting hotel feedback.
  • Answer a few preference questions before playing an instant-win game.
  • Share what mattered most about the stay, then discover a relevant reason to return.

The hotel gains private feedback it can act on. Where the guest gives appropriate permission, it can also create a direct relationship with someone other than the lead booker.

The reward is for participating in the hotel’s private feedback experience, not for posting a public review or giving a positive rating.

Request public reviews without rewarding or filtering them

The final step can offer every participant the same optional link to an independent review page.

The game entry, prize opportunity or reward must not depend on whether the guest posts a review, what rating they leave or whether the review is positive.

Do not send only satisfied guests to the review page. That is review gating.

The public review request should be separate, neutral and optional. The hotel should check the rules of the chosen review platform before launch.

How a hotel guest engagement campaign works

Hotel guest choosing actions across amenities and communication touchpoints

Choose the guest action

Decide whether you want guests to book an add-on, discover an amenity, share private feedback, opt into marketing or consider another stay.

Hotel guest journey from pre-arrival through post-stay engagement

Choose the moment

Place the experience before arrival, at check-in, during the stay, at checkout or after departure.

Interactive hotel reward experience connecting guest participation to the hotel stay

Create the interactive incentive

Use a branded game, instant win, reveal, sweepstakes, prize or controlled offer that fits the action and campaign economics.

Hotel guest invitation routes through email, QR code, staff and mobile channels

Invite the right guests

Use CRM or email invitations, QR codes, staff-generated access, a supported website or app integration, or another agreed route.

Interactive hotel reward directing a guest to a restaurant offer

Direct the next action

Link guests to the restaurant, spa, experience, booking page, private feedback journey or other relevant destination.

Hotel guest engagement measurement connecting participation, guest actions and hotel systems

Measure the result

Compare BeeLiked campaign participation with bookings, spending, feedback, opt-ins and repeat activity recorded in your hotel systems.

Make participation easy for guests and staff

Public QR access

Use a reusable QR code on suitable hotel materials or screens when the promotion is open to every eligible guest.

Controlled invitations

Use a one-time link or QR code when each guest needs an individual invitation or participation must be limited.

Display to Play

A staff member taps once to generate a fresh QR code on a tablet or shared screen. The guest scans it and continues on their own phone, so staff do not need to handle the entry process.

Existing digital channels

Where supported, place invitations in CRM messages, apps, signed-in guest portals, websites or other hotel communications.

The delivery method should match the campaign rules. It should not add unnecessary friction to the stay.

Measure the customer action, not just the game

BeeLiked records invitations, participation, answers, consent choices and reward activity available within the campaign.

Your CRM, booking, property-management, point-of-sale and revenue systems remain the source of truth for customer and commercial performance.

Useful measures could include:

Participation beyond the lead booker.

Private feedback completion.

Marketing opt-in rate.

Restaurant, bar, spa or experience bookings.

Offer or reward redemption.

Direct repeat bookings.

Revenue from participating guests.

The campaign objective should determine the measurement plan before launch.

Common questions

01

Can guests participate if they did not make the booking?

Yes. A public QR code or individual invitation can allow other members of the party to participate on their own devices, subject to the campaign rules.

02

Can we collect guest contact details?

Yes, when the promotion runs through your own BeeLiked account with an appropriate privacy and consent journey. Participation does not automatically create marketing permission.

03

Can guests win something for leaving a public review?

The safer structure is to reward participation in a private feedback experience, not the act or sentiment of posting a public review. Any public-review link should be optional, neutral and separate from the reward.

04

Can the experience collect private feedback?

Yes. You can include questions and fields relevant to the campaign, provided the collection and use of that information are properly explained.

05

Can staff invite individual guests?

Yes. Staff can share a public QR code or use a supported one-time invitation journey such as Display to Play when controlled access is required.

06

Can the experience appear inside our hotel app?

BeeLiked supports integration options, but the appropriate approach depends on your app, authentication model and agreed implementation.

07

Does BeeLiked measure hotel revenue?

No. BeeLiked measures campaign activity. Your hotel systems remain the source of truth for bookings, purchases and revenue.
